Mr. Au Seng Lye currently holds the position of Director of Facilities at Marina Bay Sands. Prior to assuming this role, he served as the Chief Engineer (Energy Savings) within the same organisation from 2013 to 2016. Preceding his tenure there, he held the position of Assistant Director for Projects at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) between 2007 and 2009. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, he continued to contribute to RWS as the Assistant Director of Facilities Management & Engineering. With a professional journey spanning 42 years, Mr. Au has established himself as a seasoned expert in M&E consulting and project management. His extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of projects, including industrial ventures such as PCB plants, computer assembly plants, and pharmaceutical facilities.
