Chairman

Mr Gan Boon Jin joined the Association of Apex Clubs in 1987 and has been associated with Apex Harmony Lodge since its groundbreaking in August 1997. He was a member of the Lodge’s Management Committee and subsequently as Chairman of the Lodge’s Medifund Committee, before taking over Chairmanship of the Lodge in March 2021.

He is currently the Group Chief Sustainability Officer of SMRT. Other positions helmed in SMRT included President Engineering & Chief Digital Transformation Officer. Prior to SMRT, he was the Chief Operations Officer & President of Defence Business in ST Kinetics, a subsidiary of ST Engineering.

Mr Gan Boon Jin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Masters of Science in Military Vehicle Technology from the Royal Military College of Science, University of Cranfield. He was awarded the PPA (Bronze) Award in 1999, and the NSMan of the Year in 2000.
