Mr Kang Hak Leng is an associate member of both Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (United Kingdom) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (United States of America), with past professional working experience of well over 30 years in internal auditing, senior management, and board-level engagement. He presently also runs a wholesale food trading business. In addition to his professional commitments, he has also been involved in volunteering in community services by the Apex Clubs of Singapore, both at the club and national level. His involvement in Apex Harmony Lodge dates back to its formative year, during which he served as a Pro-tem Committee Member. Since then, he has held various board appointments of the Lodge.
