Staff Nurse

Responsibilities:  

• Champion Person-Centred Care (PCC) nursing to provide dignified and safe care to Persons with Dementia (PWDs)
• As a key team member to an inter-disciplanary team to implement PCC nursing
• Deliver high quality standards of nursing practices at all times.
• Lead clinical and service quality management

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Deep interest to specialise and to lead dementia care
• Fresh graduates with deep interest to specialise in dementia care are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
